Objectives: to develop naming, brand platform, corporate identity, marketing and PR strategy in a 5-year projection, to create a website for a new fitness brand in Saratov with positioning in the luxury category.
Result: opening of the first luxury fitness club in Saratov, fully operating on Techno Gym system. We wrote a detailed strategy of brand development for 5 years, according to which it successfully exists and continues to develop in the market. Forte Club has managed to occupy a leading niche in its segment. Already at the stage of launching the club, we attracted the right target audience and set the highest possible price for the sale of fitness cards, thus exceeding our sales plan by 70%.
