Objective: to liberate the team of architects, to teach them how to deal with objections and defend their position in complex negotiations.
Solution: meetings in the format of world cafe, solving real cases from operational activities, reliance on own values. The training was designed for 2 months, as a result, a group of aochitects participating in the training won a tender from a large international bureau, foremen all the tactics of speaking at the training.
